Lovelies, today’s exercise is called “Thank someone today”. This whole post is dedicated to one person. This person has helped me discover myself and kept me sane through goal setting. I hope that you will benefit from this post, and put this into practise. You can do it!
It was timely that I met Taher Topiwala during a business coaching workshop last two years. Taher is a Business Coach, and he specialises in Goal Setting. He is known as the #BuzzMan. He believes that all of us are honey bees, and we can buzz our way towards our dreams and goals.

What Taher taught all the participants was to set goals for yourself. When you have a goal, you become more focused and all other distractions tend to get away. At that time, I was still confused on what my goal was, but I got better. I focused on baby steps, tiny goals to keep me going. One of the goals I made was to recover for the rest of 2015, and pause Noruyo.com during this process. I spoke to no one about my struggle, and I didn’t tell my lovelies what I was going through because I didn’t want you to worry. I did receive some concerned lovelies asking if I was still taking orders. I know you need me, but I couldn’t disappoint you at that time. If God Wills, I will resume end of 2016 in time for your new 2017 ya!
Fast forward to today — Day 13 of 2016. I’ve set new goals for year 2016, starting from October 2015 when I found myself fully recovered. And it’s amazing what goal setting does to you… because I’m halfway mark to achieving my January goals! Amazing when I reflect on them.
