A whole week has passed since 2016, and I am so happy to start the year positively. One of the things I learnt while overcoming my bouts of depression was to create a positive environment.
Before you stop reading because you are not in a positive environment currently, I want you to breathe. Read the breathing techniques I shared in the last post, if necessary.
Here’s the thing, lovely. A positive environment is created by you, not by anyone else. How you perceive the environment around you is how it will be. So stop thinking of how horrible the environment you’re in, but think of the positives of it.
